Insurance & Payments

- All clients make payment for counseling services at the end of their session.
- Clients with insurance: after your first visit, Sal will work with you to obtain reimbursement
if you have Mental Health coverage.
- Check with your insurance company to make sure you have Mental Health coverage. If you do,
ask about the process for reimbursement:

- Is there a specific form?
- How do I get it?
- Notify Sal who will contact your insurance company to secure his status as a participating provider.
- Give forms to Sal who will submit them to insurance company.

Note: Clients with a written physician referral are more likely to receive reimbursement.
